ASAPI formed in 2013 to provide a platform for sharing information, best practice, development, and support to the established and evolving study abroad community in Ireland.


What We've Achieved

  • Training and development workshops on mental health, health and safety, Title IX, GDPR, and resilience and independence

  • Delivered health and safety and emergency response training in conjuction with the Embassy of the United States of America.

  • ASAPI is a founding member of EUASA - the European Association for Study Abroad

  • The Forum for Education Abroad grants reciprocal membership to ASAPI members

  • ASAPI is a member of the High Level Group for International Education at the Department of Education and Skills

  • Established relationships with INIS in order to ensure our students comply with immigration regulations

  • ASAPI contributes and responds to developing regulations and policies such as the International Education Mark
