POSITION FILLED - IFSA-Butler Student Coordinator - Galway

IFSA-Butler are looking for a part time team member in Galway. The successful person will be the first point of contact for our students studying at NUIG. They will help at our student orientations and our events. Flexibility and the ability to respond to student queries promptly is vital for this role, as is excellent local knowledge. This position is suited to a post graduate student with fluent English.

POSITION FILLED - IFSA-Butler Student Advisor

IFSA-Butler is seeking a full-time student advisor. The Student Advisor will be a member of a small team acting as the initial point of contact for North American study abroad students and will provide them with support throughout their time in Ireland. The position is suited to someone with first class customer service skills and an ability to order competing demands in an organised and professional manner. The post requires previous experience of providing administrative support and assistance within a similar working environment. The role requires someone who can work well with others in a friendly, approachable manner. The candidate should be flexible and open to change and able to meet all deadlines, including during busy periods. The candidate will be a third level university graduate and will have played an active part in campus life while studying at university. POSITION FILLED - CAPA Internship Coordinator & Student Services (part-time)

CAPA Dublin is seeking a part-time Internship and Student Services Coordinator with responsibility for supporting the Director of Program and Students Services and the Senior Program Coordinator with student support and administrative assistance for internship and program related functions. The Internship and Student Services Assistant will provide services for 20 hours per week in the CAPA Dublin Center, plus on call coverage for CAPA’s 24/7 Student Emergency Phone.
