FIE is currently seeking qualified, enthusiastic and confident Residence Life Supervisors for a part-time, fixed-term position. The position will be based at a third-party managed residence hall, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing pastoral care to FIE students. The position is live-in, and applicants must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, as well as bank and public holidays. CIEE is seeking a Summer Programme assistant to provide administrative, program, and academic support to the Resident Director of the CIEE study abroad short-term and summer programmes in Dublin. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating student arrivals and orientation

  • Organisation of site visits and field trips

  • Support of day-to-day program activities

  • Generating student grades

  • Providing administrative support on the programs

  • Monitoring student progress

  • Managing Social Media

Essential Requirements

  • Third level qualification to degree level

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent computer literacy

  • Good knowledge of the Irish academic environment, knowledge of the US academic system would be an advantage

  • Flexibility in terms of working hours

POSITION FILLED - Resident Coordinator, CIEE Dublin

CIEE is seeking a Resident Coordinator to provide administrative, program, and academic support to the Resident Director of the CIEE study abroad programme at Dublin City University. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating student arrivals and orientation

  • Managing academic transition

  • Organisation of site visits and field trips

  • Sourcing and the placement of students in internships

  • Editing of catalogues, updating of course documents / handbooks etc.

  • Generating student grade transfers

  • Contributing to annual reports and newsletters

  • Providing academic advice on course selection

  • Monitoring student progress

  • Managing Social Media
